With the facility compromised, resources like ammunition and health supplies are limited, so you’ll have to scrounge and scavenge to stay stocked. That means searching every possible room, closet, and corner, where more than just supplies are hiding.

Spatial Sound Design

06 : The World

LV-354 Purdan

LV-354, a.k.a. “Purdan,” is an Earth-like planet at the extreme end of the Elfagar Binary habitable zone. Once home to Gemini Exoplanet Solutions’ silicate mining colonies, Purdan is now classified as a “dead rock” and the remnants of its past—deserted outposts and rusting machinery—lay scattered across the barren landscape. But when a mysterious SOS is received from the planet, suspicion instantly arises that the planet may hold more than just the disintegrating equipment on its surface.

GES Facility Castor’s Cradle

The source of Benjamin Carver’s SOS, Castor’s Cradle is Gemini Exoplanet Solutions’ silicate mining and prosthetic development facility–but that’s just above the surface. In reality, Castor’s Cradle is a cover for an experimental research blacksite concealing an underground labyrinth of synth and Xenomorph laboratories. Emails and intercom transcripts found on terminals throughout the facility steadily reveal the chain of disastrous events that led to its current state of carnage.
